The AIR training phase is focused on improving your overall movement capabilities. This is done through increasing your mobility and flexibility while teaching you to become more body aware. This is an important foundational phase that will set the stage for progress with any training goal and is essential for the other elemental training programs. We encourage you to start here!

Skipping Rope
Variety of tension bands
Exercise Ball or Swiss Ball
Yoga Mat
Dowel
Chin-up bar or appropriate hanging place
