The FIRE training phase is focused on improving your overall power and movement velocity. These workouts will be challenging! This program will teach you how optimize your training sessions and performance in sport by focusing your intensity and unlocking the fire burning inside!
We want to slowly turn up the heat in this phase, building up complexity and intensity to a peak in order to optimally prepare you for contest where you will need to unleash your Maximum Fire-power!
What will you be doing?
13 week program
4 structured workouts a week
Speed, agility & quickness drills paired with resistance training

Learn running & jumping mechanics
Improved ability to accelerate/decelerate and change direction

Open space such as a gymnasium or field
Cones and/or Pilons
Resistance training gear
Variety of Tension bands
Gear acquired through the Air Phase
Chin-up bar or appropriate hanging place
