EARTH Training Phase
Move heavy objects
The EARTH training phase is focused on improving and maximizing total body strength. This follows aggressive overload training principals to increase your body’s capability to move heavy objects.
The Earth phase finishes by challenging your maximal strength using exciting rep schemes and near maximal loads on the traditional “big-bang” exercises. By the end of this phase you will feel as though you are a mighty oak tree standing strong and proud as can be!

What will you need?
Barbells with weighted plates
Squat rack and other essential safety equipment
Dumbbells/Kettlebells in various weights
Variety of cable or plate loaded machines
Gear acquired through the Air Phase
Chin-up bar or appropriate hanging place
*Optional: Chalk, Belt, Lifting shoes, etc.
