The WATER training phase is focused on improving your overall stability and movement fluidity. Movement efficiency is the key to work output so learning how to better resist and control external forces smoothly will help drive overall work capacity.
This element of training is an excellent way to build and shape your muscles while still improving your conditioning. Water is a versatile element and so the adaptations and fluidity you develop with this training program will compliment the other elements beautifully.

Dumbbells/Kettlebells in various weights
A strength training bench
Essential cable or plate loaded machines
Some cardio machines
Gear acquired through the Air Phase
Chin-up bar or appropriate hanging place
